How Haven and Hearth Meadery, LLC handles information shared through this website, Founders enrollment, and public drink voting.

Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, Founder tier, recognition preference, membership details, and messages. Stripe processes payment and billing information on our behalf. We do not receive your full card number from Stripe.
Drink-poll submissions include the selected drink concept and any optional suggestion you enter. Our form system also records the IP address associated with a submission. The poll does not require a purchase or email address.
How we use it
- Record and administer Founder and future Horn Club participation.
- Process payments, refunds, receipts, and account support.
- Provide project, benefit, pickup, event, and membership communications.
- Prevent fraud, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the website and understand aggregate interest in the project.
- Count drink-poll ballots and review optional ideas for future voting choices.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum needed information with service providers that help us operate, including Stripe, website hosting, email, accounting, and professional advisers, or when required by law. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies needed for security and operation and may use aggregate analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Your browser settings may allow you to control cookies.
The drink poll uses a browser cookie to help limit repeat voting to once per day. Public results show aggregate ballot counts and percentages, not unique people. We review suggestions before deciding whether to add them as future choices. Please do not include private personal information in a drink suggestion.
Retention and choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to administer the relationship, fulfill benefits, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You may ask to review or correct your contact information or to stop optional marketing messages. Transactional and legal records may still need to be retained.
